BlueForge Alliance Recognized for Growth, Impact in Its Headquarters’ Community
BlueForge Alliance is honored that its efforts and growth have been recognized in the community the organization calls home.
Each year, the Brazos Valley Economic Development Corporation (BVEDC) presents its Launch Award to a Brazos County, Texas-headquartered independent, privately-held corporation, proprietorship, or partnership. For 2024, BFA received the distinction as part of the annual Bryan Rotary 10 Business Performance Awards, held June 26 in College Station, Texas.
Always a company less than five years old, the BVEDC’s awardee each year “must demonstrate distinguished industry achievement of technology product and service that validates its potential. The company also must be improving or transforming the Bryan/College Station regional marketplace in a targeted industry sector.”
“BlueForge Alliance is proud to have called the Brazos Valley home since its inception,” said Bill Stockton, BFA chief administrative officer. “This is a region with a rich history of making positive national and global impacts, and we aim each day to enable our partners across America to do just that. Our thanks go to the Brazos Valley Economic Development Corporation for honoring us as part of the Bryan Rotary Club’s important event.”
While BFA employees are currently located in more than 20 states, the largest portion of the non-profit’s staff can be found at the Bryan, Texas headquarters. Founded there in 2022, BFA and its growing team continue its mission alongside the United States Navy to ensure the 15,000-plus companies making up its Submarine Industrial Base have the workforce and technology necessary to build and maintain the next generation of Navy submarines.
